Art Notes:

This piece was created for an online art challenge focused on flowers and blooms. For week 3, the colour theme was blue, purple and periwinkle. These lovely purple Irises were inspired from our garden, when we lived in Milton, Ontario. I am so glad I captured a photo to use as a reference for this piece. I plan on painting more garden themed pieces in the near future. Stay tuned.
