Art Notes:

I have been experimenting with new techniques lately and this is a piece I created using layers of glazes of transparent paints - alongside applications of opaque layers. It is a very different process than what I'm used to, but I see so many possibilities with this technique, and I'm looking forward to more opportunities to apply in future creations. This piece was inspired by a little inlet on Galeairy Lake, near Algonquin Park.
