Art Notes:

I created this piece in 2015 and it was my first figurative painting. I remember it being very difficult but, enjoyable to paint. What I specifically enjoyed about painting this piece, was the subtly peeling window panes and the bright sun casting natural light and shadows on what seems like a very intimate scene.
