Art Notes:

To create this piece, I referenced a photograph I took in Spring of 2022 at Killbear Provincial Park. I fell in love with the tall pines atop the outcroppings of Canadian Shield rocks, bent and swept from the winds over the bay. This study was really just to get to know them... learn their shapes, feel their sway. I will be re-creating something similar on canvas in the near future. Stay tuned.
